respond to the complaint letter

Dear ….,

We really appreciate your letter concerning the complaint, informing us what went wrong. We have every desire to satisfy you and make up to what happened.

I sincerely opologize for everything that happened. Unfortunately, we made orders for all the supplies weeks ago, but there was a problem with the delivery service which is being solved. About the waiter, I checked who was on duty that day, and it was his first day at work. Although he did get a warning and I'm sure it won't happen again.

A free dinner voucher for two is attached to this letter, I hope you accept my sincere opolgy and stay a regular costumer at chilis.

complaint letter

This letter is to notify you about my last visit to chilis. I have been dining in chilis for years now, ever since it first opened in Bahrain. But I was very disappointed with the food and service at my last visit on March 29th.

At first, it took the waiter so long to come take our orders, than we waited a while again just to get our drinks. My friends and I ordered strawberry margarita like we always do, but there was no flavor of strawberry in it. Then came our starter which was classic nachos and fried cheese. The nachos were so cold we couldn’t eat it, and the cheese sticks came without the sauce. When we informed the waiter about the food, she didn’t give us much attention and was disrespectful. For the main course I ordered mushroom jack fajita, when she served the food the beef was not well done where I specifically asked for it to be well done. The mushroom was also not fresh and the side salad didn’t come with it. When I asked her to return it she was again rude and took almost 20mins to bring back my order.

I really hope you take this matter in concern, and find a solution for this problem. I'm looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
