We really appreciate your letter concerning the complaint, informing us what went wrong. We have every desire to satisfy you and make up to what happened.
I sincerely opologize for everything that happened. Unfortunately, we made orders for all the supplies weeks ago, but there was a problem with the delivery service which is being solved. About the waiter, I checked who was on duty that day, and it was his first day at work. Although he did get a warning and I'm sure it won't happen again.
A free dinner voucher for two is attached to this letter, I hope you accept my sincere opolgy and stay a regular costumer at chilis.
